Outdoor Classes

Great way to join an in person class without a gym membership. Allows plenty of space for social distancing and enjoying the fresh air while we sweat the stress away!

Zumba

High intensity Latin-inspired dance workout incorporating international dance moves and music. We'll have a blast dancing together! Keep in mind that this is a fitness class; squats and lunges are incorporated as well :)

Strong30

Also known as Strong by Zumba and Strong Nation. This 30 minute HIIT class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Stop counting reps, start training to the beat!

Zumba Kids

Super fun high energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines. Giving children an outlet to jump, dance, shake, and swing their hips. Let's get silly, dream big, and begin their journey to a healthy future.

Zumba Gold

For active older adults or anyone looking for modified Zumba. Low-impact, low-intensity workout that protects the joints and muscles while raising your heart rate and improving balance, posture, and coordination.

Zumbini

Commonly described as Zumba for babies :) Created by Zumba and BabyFirst, this class combines music, dance, and educational tools for 45 minutes of bonding, learning, and fun! Children learn to dance, sing, and move through class using their bodies, rhythmic instruments, and scarves to enhance the rhythm and feel of the music.

Free Guided Meditation

With guided meditation, you don’t need to know how to meditate. Sit and alleviate anxiety, depression, and negative attitudes. Achieve mental, emotional and physical healing, and stress relief. It's highly relaxing, so it's very easy to use as a method for zoning out and taking a break. While there's nothing wrong with doing a relaxation exercise, it's not the same as meditating.
