ZUMBA!

A workout known as a dance fitness party!! If you need something fun that seems more like a night out partying with your friends rather than a workout, you'll want to try Zumba. High intensity Latin-inspired dance workout incorporating international dance moves and music.
We dance to salsa, samba, pop, reggaeton, hip hop, merengue, and so much more. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body. I know that practice makes perfect, but there is no perfect…so keep practicing with me.
